One of the greatest practices we can develop to help accomplish the challenging purposes of engaging and evangelizing our world is to disciple and equip ourselves through the reading of great books.
We live in a truly remarkable time. Through libraries, bookstores, the internet, etc… we have access to some of the greatest minds of Christianity. We have incredible opportunities to learn and grow in so many areas of the faith.
Reading books offers a myriad of beneficial results in the life of the believer. They help equip and teach us, they give us new insights, they provide occasions for fellowship with each other, and they are often useful as we minister and witness to others.
We have compiled what we think is a great starting place and beyond for you. Tier 1 provides an introduction to the essential areas and topics of the faith. Books are listed under their respective topic in descending order from basic to the more advanced. Tier 2 is a vast array of suggested titles under many more topics pertinent to living out the faith.
The goal is to help and assist you by providing titles and resources so you can read, learn, and grow at your own pace and in the areas that interest you and you need the most.
