WOMEN'S MINISTRY
You are invited to participate in the Women's Ministries of Trinity Baptist Church. Our vision is to equip women to know God and understand His Word, to train and encourage women to use their abilities and gifts to serve others, to foster warm and genuine fellowship with other believers and to share the good news of the salvation of Christ with our families, our neighbors and community.
"…for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God…" Ephesians 4:12-13
EQUIPPING
The Bible Study ministry seeks to make available Bible studies that allow women to pursue the study of God's Word to help them develop a more intimate relationship with the Lord, to encourage them in their everyday lives, and to equip them for every good work.

The Retreat ministry provides an annual weekend seminar featuring an outside speaker and speakers from Trinity who provide instruction in God's Word. The retreat provides an off-campus time of renewal.
SERVICE
The Compassionate Care ministry strives to "bear one another's burdens" through actively ministering and caring for women who are going through a difficult time or crisis. This ministry seeks to help in organizing meals, childcare or other needs and to faithfully pray for those who are hurting.
The Hospitality ministry hosts new-member brunches throughout the year in order to give new members a chance to learn of ministries at Trinity and to enjoy a casual and friendly atmosphere with other women.
The Prayer ministry oversees the prayer chain to ensure consistent intercessory prayer for the members of Trinity, their families, friends and others. The prayer ministry is also available to pray with those who may have confidential needs. The ministry follows the command to "pray without ceasing" and encourages women to expand their prayer life.
The Newsletter ministry seeks to keep women updated on events through a regular newsletter.
The Leadership Team desires for the women of Trinity to be used mightily in the service of the Lord Jesus Christ to further His kingdom. The team meets on a regular basis to pray, plan, discuss, and give support to all the other women's ministries. The Leadership Team includes the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Elder's wives and Team Members.
FELLOWSHIP/OUTREACH
The Special Events ministry provides several annual events for fellowship, providing opportunities to develop and strengthen friendships with other women, and to develop and strengthen relationships with God. Events include a Fall Dinner, a Christmas Tea and a Spring Event.
The Heart to Heart Mentoring ministry is intended to be an encouraging, mentoring relationship between two women who desire to invest in each other's lives through prayer, biblical guidance, listening, laughing and loving. A senior partner is a woman of God who is willing to provide wisdom and offer a spiritually sound, safe and fun friendship to a younger woman. A junior partner is a woman who welcomes the insight and knowledge of a more mature woman. Women meet together at least twice a month.
The Let's Connect ministry provides various fellowship opportunities for women with similar interests. These events will combine fun, food and fellowship, and will provide opportunities to reach out to non-church members. Examples of potential events: aerobics, Bunko nights, scrapbooking, mothers' play groups, etc.
